01. General Terms

By using the ott11 website and related services (collectively the "Platform"), you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions listed below. These terms form a binding legal agreement between ott11 and the user.

Accessing the platform or using any of its services means you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

02. Account Registration

To access services on the ott11 platform, you must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all of them will be cancelled.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with a third party is prohibited.
• The account is for personal use only — it may not be used for commercial purposes.
• The mobile number and email address provided during registration must be active and verifiable.
• Opening an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ott11 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This process may require you to provide a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

03. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements apply to joining and using ott11 platform services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must operate the account in your own name and of your own free will.
• You must acknowledge that you are using the platform in full mental capacity and of your own accord.
• Online gaming services must not be legally restricted in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.

ott11 may request age verification documents at any time. Parents are advised to take appropriate measures to ensure their children cannot access this platform.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ott11 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We support the following methods for safe and convenient payments: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same for each method).
• The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and ott11 reserves the right to cancel such deposits.
• Every effort is made to credit deposits to the account instantly; however, if there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method and to the same account used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met (see section 5 for details).

05. Bonus Terms

ott11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — applied to the bonus amount only (excluding the deposit amount).
• Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn if the wagering requirements have not been met.
• Not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations — the contribution rate for specific games will be listed on the relevant bonus page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If ott11 detects suspicious activity, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus of the account in question and close the account.

06. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ott11 platform. Violating these terms may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs in an unethical manner.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
• Creating or operating an account with false or misleading information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or encryption.
• Attempting to access another person's account without permission.

07. Account Suspension & Closure

ott11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
• Providing a false identity or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using an account while being a minor.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account. After closure, bonus balances and incomplete wagering will be cancelled.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

08. Intellectual Property

All content on the ott11 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, images, and other materials — is under the exclusive ownership of ott11 or used under an appropriate license.

• No content from ott11 may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.
• Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.
• Written consent from ott11 must be obtained before using any platform content commercially.

09. Limitation of Liability

• Transaction delays caused by third-party technical problems.
