ott11 Responsible Gaming:
Keep the fun from becoming a problem
Entertainment means freedom — but keeping that freedom alive takes mindful decisions. ott11 is by your side so that online gaming is always an enjoyable experience, never a burden.
What does Responsible Gaming mean?
Online gaming and betting are primarily for entertainment. But when interest in playing goes beyond control, it can have a negative effect on personal, family, and financial life. Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, staying within them, and asking for help when needed.
ott11 believes that every player's experience should be enjoyable and safe. To that end, we have introduced several protective tools and policies that you can use from your account at any time. Our goal is to ensure gaming always remains a source of fun.
Remember: gambling or betting is never a guaranteed source of income. Every bet carries the possibility of a loss. So always play only with money whose loss would not affect your daily life.
Our Core Principles
The six pillars of responsible gaming at ott11 that apply to every player.
Age Verification — 21+
A minimum age of 21 is required to open an account and place bets at ott11. We strictly discourage access by minors.
Setting Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum cap on daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. This removes the opportunity to deposit more money on an impulsive decision.
Time-Out Feature
Temporarily suspend your account for a set period, from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need to stop playing, choose the self-exclusion option. Once activated, your account will be locked for a specified period or permanently.
Gaming History Review
You can view your betting history from your account at any time. Analyse your spending patterns and make informed decisions.

Recognise the Warning Signs
If any of the following signs apply to you, take action before it is too late.
- Repeatedly playing to recover lost money ("chasing losses") and treating it as normal.
- Hiding your betting from family or friends and lying about it.
- Skipping sleep, meals, or work to spend time playing.
- Feeling restless or irritable when thinking about stopping betting.
- Taking on debt or dipping into savings in order to play.
- Going beyond your set limits once you start playing, finding it hard to stop.
Ask yourself
Have there been any negative changes in your life over the past few weeks because of playing? Are your relationships with family suffering? Is financial pressure increasing?
If the answer is "yes", contact ott11's support team right away. We do not judge — we help.
ott11 Protection Tools
These tools are available directly in your account. Contact the support team for help activating any of them at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, it takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a specified waiting period.
Time-Out
Pause your account for 24 hours to 6 weeks to take a break from continuous play. During the break, logging in, depositing, or betting will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion to close your account for a long-term or permanent period. Once the process is complete, the account cannot be reopened before the set time.
Loss Limit
Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period. Once that limit is reached, ott11 can automatically suspend betting temporarily.
6 Tips for Staying Safe
Keep in mind
